You select your food from a raw bar and then it is cooked on a large grill. You have multiple protein choices including beef, chicken, pork, salmon, shrimp and tofu. 2 kinds of noodles and a lot of vegetables and seasoning. There is a big risk of cross contamination but they do have an allergy protocol that will rinse down the grill and use a separate spatula to cook your food. I liked the Mongolian art through the building. There is a large parking lot behind the building

UPDATE: Since the later part of 2025, the hot oil has returned in the form of a squeeze bottle by the grill, both before and after the grilling process. It isn't the same but at least it's back. Besides the prices going up again ($1-2), they've replaced my favorite hot oil with sambal sauce, which I think is a bad idea. I don't believe sambal will absorb as fast as hot oil, and I imagine the giant cooking surface will be dirtier and may easily contaminate other food cooking near by. It also has a different taste and texture. Another thing I'm gonna miss about the hot oil is the cool fire show you sometimes get if you mixed the right ingredients together. I wonder if that's the reason why they removed it? It's been around forever so I don't see why they'd wait so long. At least my birthday sundae was upgraded a little this year...

Kind and helpful staff, definitely deserve tips and kindness. Delicious and fun experience Small not too important to mention, booster seats definitely need a deep clean but life and work is exhausting, no judgment and I don't know the day to day process so maybe I went before they do do deep cleaning of them Awesome place and decor

My sister and I finally made our way back to this location after Covid closed it down. We loved going here and it certainly still hits the spot for all you can eat. The restaurant has taken extra precautions due to Covid. Tables are spread more than 6 feet from each other, masks are required unless sitting to eat and the buffet line is now more cafeteria style. I really liked the updated buffet line. There are servers at different sections filling your bowls with the goodies like at Subway or Chipotle. I found it much more efficient and cleaner than before. Not so much greasy food handles and spill over from all the people piling food into bowls. Anyway there are a couple things to note. There are no to go of leftovers for Dine In customers. So don't expect to take any doggie bags home. The price for all you can eat can be a bit steep but it is all you can eat so come hungry. Also dessert comes with the meal so save room for the ice cream! Overall if you are craving some Mongolian grill I would highly recommend stopping in!

If you’re heading to Chang’s Mongolian Grill, make sure you come hungry and prepare to leave full! This place is all about indulging, with endless options to try and customize your meal just the way you like it. The experience of picking out your ingredients and watching them get cooked up right in front of you is a lot of fun, and it’s easy to go back for more if you want to try something different. One tip: bring some cash to show appreciation for the grill cooks—they do a great job, and it’s a nice way to thank them for the delicious food. Just keep in mind that leftovers can’t be taken away, so pace yourself to enjoy everything while you’re there. Chang’s Mongolian Grill is a great spot for anyone who loves variety and big portions. It’s a unique dining experience that’s definitely worth trying out!

Chang's has undergone a fantastic transformation! Before Covid we used to stay away due to cleanliness concerns, but the recent changes are impressive. The environment is now spotless, and it's become a top pick for our family. The "make your own" food option is a hit with our kids, especially our 6-year-old who loves getting creative. Despite being cautious about buffets, Chang's has become a regular spot for us due to its family-friendly atmosphere. As a parent, finding a place that offers both fun for the kids and healthy choices is a win. Chang's has earned its spot on our go-to list, and we look forward to more enjoyable visits. Highly recommended for families!
